Q: Do you provide training opportunities?
A: We certainly do. We provide in house and external training and up-skilling for our staff on areas of interest and need.
Q: Do Reliant staff wear uniforms?
A: No we don’t wear uniforms, but there are some requirements around suitable dress for when you are working with clients. If you have any questions around this, just speak with us.
Q: I am studying at the moment, so I’m not available to work all the time, is there still suitable work for me?
A: There may be, depending on your skills and experience and the requirements of our clients. We have a lot of staff who are training as doctors, nurses and other health professionals who love working with our clients. Speak to us about it.
Q: Is Reliant Healthcare accredited?
A: Yes, we are accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards until 2020. We are very proud of this achievement as it shows our commitment to the quality of the care we provide.
Q: Do I need a current police check to work with Reliant.
A: Yes, and depending on the client, you will also need a current Working With Children Check. If you don’t have these up to date, we can help you with this.
